MTV's Contest for Miss World 2008! MTV and Amuso.com have partnered to give you an exclusive chance to webchat with McFly on Wednesday, 26 November. They’re performing live at Miss World on 13 December in South Africa so be one of the few to chat with them before they head off. Only the best questions will be picked so be original! Enter now and we’ll let you know if you scooped a win on 25th November. The Webchat takes place from 8pm on 26th November. Amuso.com is the online game show platform that lets anyone run a show, be a star and take home real prizes. Entertainment channel Challenge has picked up the UK rights to Miss World for the third year running.The rights to the live two-hour grand final were acquired from distributor Zeal Entertainment and the event will take place in Johannesburg, South Africa on 13 December 2008.McFly and Alesha Dixon have both been confirmed to perform at the event. Whizz Kid Entertainment has been commissioned by Channel 4 to produce an hour-long Christmas special of music show The Nokia Green Room.The special will feature performances from the Sugababes and McFly, with further additions to the line-up soon to be announced. It will initially air on 4Music next month and again on T4 Sunday later in December, with a further showing on T4 Saturday. The original Nokia Green Room series ran for 15 weeks on C4 in the summer with performances from Kelly Rowland, Gnarls Barkley and the Jonas Brothers, among others. The Christmas special is to be sponsored by Nokia's 'Comes with Music' service. Malcolm Gerrie, Whizz Kid's chief executive, said of the C4 commission: "Nokia and C4 are both leading the charge in supporting new brands and major artistes on television, mobile technology and the web and their support and enthusiasm for the programme has reflected this."McFly on GMTV (November 21, 2008) McFly were on GMTV yesterday.
